The Orb Table Lamp Mica reimagines an age-old macramé technique through a modern lens. Aimee uses Josephine knots to form a bold, symmetrical pattern across the spherical shade—an elegant nod to traditional fishnet bottles. Part of the basket-weave family, this knot is celebrated for both its beauty and strength.

The ceramic base is handmade in London using earthenware clay and a mica glaze, and the knotting is completed in Aimee’s Berkshire studio. Tactile leather cords overlay the ceramic base, creating a striking graphic pattern and a distinctly contemporary aesthetic.
